# Factuur Stripe transactiekosten downloaden


|| Stripe stuurt iedere 5e van de maand per mail een factuur van de transactiekosten van de afgelopen maand.

Heb je deze gemist, dan kun je deze hier downloaden: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/documents

Zie je jouw facturen niet, volg dan onderstaande stappen:

1. Log in op ${color}[#e6007e]( [stripe.com](https://dashboard.stripe.com/login))

2. Controleer of je het juiste account hebt geselecteerd. Je hebt het juiste account geselecteerd als je linksboven jouw bedrijfsnaam met Kennis.shop ziet staan:

3. Klik op het tandwieltje rechtsboven - >  Klik op Instellingen.

4. Klik op **Tariefplannen en kosten**

5. Klik onder de titel op **Factuurgeschiedenis**

6. Download jouw factuur.
